2nd CHINMAYA CUP INTER SCHOOL BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT – 2026

GENERAL GUIDELINES

Tournament dates: 19th & 20th September 2026
Venue: Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Nauni
Junior Boys: Up to Grade VIII
Senior Boys: Up to Grade XII
Players must carry a valid School ID Card for verification.
Matches will be conducted as per official basketball rules.
Matches will be officiated by BFI-qualified referees.
Referee decisions during the match will be final.
Teams must report 30 minutes before their scheduled match.
All players must wear proper basketball kits and appropriate shoes.
All teams must participate in the Opening Ceremony, March Past and Oath Ceremony.
Players, coaches and accompanying staff must maintain proper discipline andsportsmanship.
Misconduct or unsportsmanlike behaviour may lead to disciplinary action/disqualification.
Any protest must be submitted by the Coach/Team Manager to the organising committee.
No entry fee will be charged for participating teams. Lunch will be provided at ₹100 per person per day, subject to prior confirmation.
The decision of the Organising Committee shall be final and binding.
Schools must confirm their participation by 10th September 2026.
